HOA 2024 Dues

Homeowners in Magnolia Place belong to a mandatory homeowners and property owners association.  Mandatory fees of $423.50 are due for 2024 on or before January 31st. 10% interest will be applied if received after the due date.

Invoices are mailed out each December. Interest of 10% must be included with dues payments submitted after the January 31st deadline.
