Season is Officially Here!
First, thank you to all who stepped up and volunteered for pool duty. It is greatly appreciated!
As the warm weather arrives, we want everyone to have a safe, clean, and enjoyable time at
the neighborhood pool. To ensure the facility remains a pleasant space for all residents, please
keep the following community rules in mind:
*Keep it Clean: Please respect the area and help maintain cleanliness by cleaning up after your
self and your guests before you leave.
*No Glass Allowed: For everyone’s safety, absolutely no glass containers are permitted any
where within the pool gates.
*Designated Eating: Food and snacks must be kept within the designated eating areas only.
*Capacity Limits: There is a strict limit of six people per household (including any guests) at the
pool at any one time.
*No Parties: Private parties of any type are strictly prohibited.
*Keep the Volume Down: Music must be kept at a low, respectful volume and should not be au
dible beyond a six-foot radius from your seating area.
*Speaker Restrictions: We have recently had issues with residents competing to play the loud
est music. If these volume contests continue, we will be forced to ban open speakers entirely,
meaning only headphones or personal Bluetooth earbuds will be permitted.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our pool a relaxing summer oasis for the entire com
munity!
THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
- It’s that time of year! Let’s get our homes and yards all cleaned up and ready!
We want to make certain people who come through the neighborhood are
impressed with how things look! - We are still having an issue with people running stop signs and speeding through
the neighborhood. Please be aware and stop at ALL stop signs, especially as
children will be out of school soon. - We have way too many cars parking on the street. If these cars are not moving
daily, please call Gwinnett Code Enforcement. We (the Board) have no
jurisdiction over our streets OR sidewalks. - Are you feeding all the feral cats in the neighborhood? If so, please contain
them. There are WAY too many cats roaming the neighborhood and destroying
plants.
