2022 HOA Annual Dues

The Magnolia Place HOA invoices were mailed to homeowners at the beginning of December 2021. As a friendly reminder, payment is due on or before January 31, 2022. Dues received after January 31 will incur a late fee.

  • Please note that HOA dues increased to $385.
  • Make all checks payable to Magnolia Place Homeowners Association.
  • Include your house address on your check.
