Upcoming Events: Save the dates
Community Garage Sale 04/16 May your oldies be someone newbies. Have your items out by 8 am. Please send an email to events@magnoliaplacehoa.com if you plan to participate with your street address by Thursday, April 14. This way we make sure to flag your house for the community garage sale.
High School Banner 04/30 MPHOA will fund 10% of the total cost and parents will share the remainder of the amount. Information and payment are due no later than April 20 in order to receive the banner on time. Send your student’s name and school to events@magnoliaplacehoa.com.
Pool Opening 05/28 Come join the fun as we open the pool. Bring a dish to share, hamburgers, hot dogs and water will be provided by the MPHOA.
Best Dressed Dog Parade 06/11 Dress up your best friend and show him/her off as they will parade around Dixie Bell (pool street). Prize will be given to the best dressed.
Adult Night 06/11 Enjoy an adult evening with other residents. Bring an appetizer to share and BYOB.
4th of July 07/02 What better way than to start your holiday weekend than with pool, food and friends. Bring a side dish to share.
Back to school bash 08/13 Kids ages Pre-K to High School are invited to come to the pool for some fun in the sun.
Pool closing 09/03 As we say goodbye to summer we will gather around the pool to enjoy food, laughter and fun. BYOB, bring a side dish to share.
Chili Cook-off 10/15 Enter your best chili in a contest. Categories are: Traditional, Spicy and Most Unique. Winners will receive a prize. Kids can wear their costumes and enjoy fun games for the little ones.
Winter Wonderland 12/10 We are looking for a homeowner who would like to host this event. For questions or more information, email events@magnoliaplacehoa.com.
