BIG thanks to Bob Fowler and Shaun Cropper for getting our pool up and running and ready for summer fun!
POOL RULES
Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
No solo swimming
No food beyond pool house (NO EXCEPTIONS)
No glass allowed in or around pool deck
ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING
Swim attire only in pool, NO street clothes
This is a family community pool, NO PROFANITY
Minor children must be closely supervised by parents
Children not potty trained must wear tight fitting water resistant swim diaper
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in pool without a supervising adult
Showers should be taken before entering the pool
Be considerate of others and keep music to a minimum
No boisterous or rough play
Throwing balls the length of the pool is prohibited
No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool
Do not blow nose or spit in the pool
Persons with diarrhea, illness or nausea should not enter the pool
Persons with skin, eye, ear or respiratory infections should not enter the pool
Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool
No animals or pets allowed in pool or on pool deck
Do not allow other residents to use your access card
Failure to follow pool rules will result in being asked to leave the pool area. Your access card will be turned off for a MINIMUM of one week to a MAXIMUM of the entire season.
Any person using the pool does so at their own risk. The MAGNOLIA PLACE HOA AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS are not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred at the pool. Please do not bring valuables to the pool. The HOA and Board of Directors will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
All rules and regulations are subject to change at any time and will be clearly posted.
General Business
· ANY AND ALL work being done on the outside (whether front or back yard) of your home MUST be approved by the HOA. MOST requests are approved.
Send an email to info@magnoliaplacehoa.com Or you can fill out the form online to request approval.
Work requests must be submitted in advance and approval response should be received thru email prior to work being performed. This takes time as the board members are volunteers and respond when available. Requests are not approved until response is received. Please save your approval letter after receiving it.
· Please note that requests for work on your home WILL BE DENIED IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENT ON YOUR HOA FEES!
